Plugins released by 360Works prior to January 24, 2011 had a problem that prevented them from being auto-updated. If you have these older plug-ins installed and are trying to use auto-update on Windows, you will need to manually remove the old plug-ins before auto-update will work (this is not necessary on Mac OS X). This is a one-time step: After deleting the old plug-ins, you should not need to delete them again to use auto-update for new versions.

This web page will remove the old plugins. It is a signed applet, because it needs to access the contents of your hard drive. In order to function correctly, you must select the option to trust the applet. It will attempt to move the old plug-ins out of your extensions directory, and will attempt to delete them if that fails.

If this is not able to remove the old plugins, try quitting FileMaker Pro and running this again.

Your browser is completely ignoring the <APPLET> tag!
