When you buy a 360Works product, your usage is governed by one of the following license types.
Buy once and keep the version you bought, forever. Moving up to a new major version is a separate purchase.

Buy once, then keep maintenance active to continue receiving updates. Keep it current to save money on upgrades.

Your license stays active as long as the subscription is current. There is no penalty for lapsing.
