PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use the 360Works website, products, and services.

When you register a 360Works product or purchase a license, we collect the following information:

  • License Key
  • Registered To Name
  • FileMaker Environment

We use this information to validate your license and ensure you are using the product in accordance with your license agreement.

If you contact us for support or use an "Email Log File" feature to report an issue, we may collect your:

  • Email Address
  • Phone Number (if provided)
  • Report of the problem (if provided)
  • Log file (if provided)

Log files sent to us may contain sensitive information. Our products do not log passwords or event details, but they can log:

  • IP addresses and hostnames of FileMaker servers that are connected to
  • Date and times of sync and activity

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use your License Key, Registered To Name, and FileMaker Environment to ensure you are using 360Works products in accordance with your license agreement.

If you submit a support or problem report, we use your email address to communicate with you. We use log files to identify the issues you are facing and provide advice on how to resolve them.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. Outside of these circumstances, we do not share your data with any third parties. Support tickets and problem reports are for internal use only. License Keys and Registered To Names are used solely to validate your license.

Place

360Works processes your personal information in the USA. We may process your personal information on a server located outside the country where you live. In addition, we provide certain data to third-party service providers in order to offer our services. This includes hosting, analytics (Google), and payment processing (Authorize.net).

DO NOT TRACK

We do not alter our data collection and use practices when we receive a Do Not Track signal.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. To exercise this right, please contact us using the information below.

DATA RETENTION

When you submit a support or problem report, we will retain that information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.

MINORS

360Works products and services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

360WORKS ZULU (CALENDAR SYNC)

360Works Zulu is a web application designed to run alongside FileMaker and sync calendar and event information from Google, Office 365, and Apple Calendars to a FileMaker database. Zulu requires access to your Google and Office 365 calendars to function properly.

When you authorize Zulu, the software requests the minimum possible permissions from Google. These scopes are required:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — required to read and edit Google Calendar events and insert them into FileMaker, or to read updates from FileMaker and insert them into Google Calendar.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly — required to read the list of Google Calendars you have access to, so you can select which calendars to sync with.

These permissions can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Zulu uses OAuth2 to connect to your Google account without you ever sharing your Google password. You are taken to www.google.com in your browser to sign in; at no point does Zulu have access to your Google password. By clicking "Accept" on google.com you grant Zulu temporary access to your Google Calendar. You can revoke this authorization at any time in your Google Account settings.
